LJ Cookies was founded by two enterprising fourth-grade boys, Luke Balyasny and James Christopher. Their journey began in the schoolyard, where we started selling irresistible cookies, quickly gaining popularity. We later expanded their reach by offering their treats at Hungry Jack's General Store, delighting both locals and visitors. The duo not only focused on baking delicious cookies but also aimed to make a positive impact in our community. With a mission to create cookies with a purpose, we committed to donating 20% of our proceeds to the Jackson Hole Community Foundation. This combination of entrepreneurship and philanthropy has helped shape a heartfelt legacy for LJ Cookies, making it a beloved brand in the area.
